• Monitoring different sub-forums -- sub-forum focus groups possibly

• Posts Tracker -- possible re-working of it, i.e. Beginners Team using it also... & [solved] threads & Only marking threads for help

• Team participation
• Re-structure how people join the team

• Promotion of the team on the forums
