Notes
- The headphone/speaker is not mutually exclusive. Suspect hardware anomaly rather than a bug. This happens in older ubuntu revisions as well. Had to manually select the connector in sound preferences/output to analog headphones to mute speakers.
- Japanese keyboard had to be added manually. USA selected by default. Japanese characters on keyboard hence, are not included in character tests
- Whole test was done using a live CD environment burned into a USB pen drive for speed. Using a CD media is a bit slow. Hence, testing on all USB ports may not meet test requirements as the USB pen drive has to stay attached.
