When doing a merge, conflicts on debian/control: If I have to merge, or combine, Build-Depends from both Ubuntu and Debian, should that go as an entry on the changelog?
Why should be used Recommends for? What kind of packages are there?
what is Recommends used for in debian/control? Can a package be listed in both Build-Depends, and Recommends? For example, in Build-Depends qt4-dev-tools and in Depends: qt4-dev-tools (>= 4.3.3-2)
- In usbmount how do I know if we need to keep ubuntu changes or if we can drop them?
