I have used Linux since 2001, starting with Mandrake 9 I went through the ranks to Red Hat 9, OpenSUSE 10, and then found Ubuntu in November, 2005. Advertised as 'Linux for Human Beings' I was intrigued, and became part of the rapidly growing community that circles around Ubuntu today. Currently, my primary contribution back to the community is support on both the Ubuntu IRC channels and on UbuntuForums, though I am hoping to change that some day.
