I've known franksmcb via Ubuntu MATE, and interactions through a wide range of community support and discussion channels. He's repeatedly shown himself to be exactly the kind of person you want in the Ubuntu community. Respectful, reliable and able to step up when the call goes out for help. I'm Bill Iddings, more widely known as franksmcb. I've been using Linux on the desktop and server for a number of years.

I have worked as a Linux sysadmin and as a Project Manager.
