He has more than 20 years of experience in the technology support field and his experience includes holding many titles from systems administrator to network engineer. Currently held technical certifications include; Help Desk Analyst Certification (HDA), Help Desk Manager Certification (HDM), and he is Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certified in IT service management.<<BR>><<BR>>In 2008 he helped form a non-profit 501(c)3 ~-(pending)-~ corporation the New Mexico Linux Corporation. The Corporation is registered in the state of New Mexico to promote the education of GNU/Linux and Free Software. The corporation was founded by people from various GNU/Linux User Groups in New Mexico primarily to promote and manage the New Mexico GNU/LinuxFest. This year (2008) I plan to be LPI Linux certified as well as getting a degree (well starting to get a degree) in either a computer security related field or in change management something to complement my ITIL certification. That being said I'd like to join the Ubuntu Security Team and help out in that area.
