Virginia is a big state. I am from the Southwest - Independence - a few miles North of the North Carolina stats line. We do installfests and celebrate release parties in Galax.

To be constructive, we would need representation in/from Nova (Fairfax), Richmond, Norfolk, Blacksburg and other "centers". This web space would be a good place to work out constructive measures.
