| ## In this section we want to highlight the blogs that are exceptionally well-written and in-depth. ## Blogs tend to make it easy for low-quality content, so be extra careful on what goes here. ## We should encourage bloggers to spread the word, so this section might be a good way to do so. |

Mockup Contest for kubuntu.org
[https://launchpad.net/~ryanakca Ryan Kavanagh] started a mockup contest for kubuntu.org on his [http://blog.ryanak.ca/archives/44 blog]. The aim is to find a new design for the layout of the official website for [http://kubuntu.org Kubuntu]
Knowledge in web design is not required. For the contest only a mockup is required, which can be used as a template. Anybody who wants to participate just needs to know how to use a vector graphics application due to the fact that .svg is the preferred format for the template. All entries must be submitted by February 2nd 2008, 24:00 UTC, which allows about two more weeks time to experiment.
Naturally the prize for this contest is the usage of the winning mockup on the [http://kubuntu.org kubuntu.org] website.
More information for the contest can be found on https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/WebsiteMockups.
