=== Paul White: Time for a change, some thanks and a return to Xubuntu ===

Paul White writes that he's worked with Ubuntu for nearly seven years ignoring many of his other interests. On receipt of Elizabeth K .Joseph's email on retiring from UWN, Paul decided too to step away, at least for a time from UWN. Paul thanks Lyz for her work, before changing topic to money programs KMyMoney & Homebank, where Paul thanks Maxime Doyen for his work. Next Paul talks about his hardware and his use of various flavors of Ubuntu, which he will continue to use as he enjoys some time on non-computer hobbies.

=== Leo Arias: Crowdtesting with the Ubuntu community: the case of IPFS ===

Leo Arias tells us about how Ubuntu is working hard on the future of free software with regards safety, simplicity and flexibility using snapcraft. This work involves dealing with many projects and today Leo talks about IPFS. Leo goes into what IPFS is, with a link to the web site should you want more, or need to see a demo. It'll install (via snap) and run on Ubuntu Trusty, Xenial or later, with Leo going into problems with support for various versions via PPA, tarball or .deb, which made snap an ideal method. Leo mentions the four channels in the Ubuntu store for snaps and how testing flows through them. Leo finally thanks testers for their help mentioning freeekvh, urcminister, Carla Sella, casept, Colin Law, ventrical, cariboo and howefield, providing links for more info & where many can be contacted.

=== Timo Aaltonen: X server 1.19.2 for zesty ===

Timo Aaltonen provides a short blog telling us that daily builds of X server 1.19.2 is available in a staging PPA. It also comes with mesa 17.0.1 whilst it's stuck in zesty-proposed, with all reports of success/issues re-opted via FFe bug. It should be migrated to zesty during the week.

## We should encourage bloggers to spread the word, so this section might be a good way to do so.
