Materials

  • We've created a a [attachment:brochure.pdf brochure] and one page [attachment:flyer.pdf flyer] with Ubuntu information. If you are having a booth, consider making copies of this and having it available as a handouts. If you would like to produce an updated or redesigned flyer or brochure, please coordinate with the DocTeam or the ArtworkTeam.

  • This (large) [attachment:brochure_source.zip file] has the source material for the brochure, in case you are willing to translate.
  • We've also created an A0 sized poster. See the bottom of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuArtwork to download it.

  • You can order CDs to hand out at [http://shipit.ubuntu.com]. Note that it can take up to 8 weeks from the time of your order to delivery, so please plan ahead.

  • You can get Ubuntu t-shirts and other kit at [http://www.cafepress.com/ubuntushop].

  • Please share your tips and suggestions for a successful conference presence at ConferenceTopTips.

  • If you plan to attend a conference and hand out Ubuntu CDs or give a talk about Ubuntu, please add that info at ConferenceAppearances.

  • For event specific tips and suggestions go to the respective wiki page of this event. A list of event pages already holding such information can be found

at ConferenceTopTips.

  • General information on collaborating with other projects can be found on ConferenceTopTips as well. If you have a master plan of collaboration with a specific project/local community of a project, consider creating an extra page.
