Crew Assignments

Crew will be made up of LoCo and sponsored people who want to help with the logistics of planning the event. They will have different tshirts with "CREW" written on the back. This should be a rotating responsibility so that attendees can also be productive at UDS. Responsibilities include:

• A/V Assistance if needed
• Eazel and sign implementation and maintenance
• Help during registration
• Coordinate with the hotel on lunch delivery
• Making announcements
• Herding people like cattle into the first sessions and UDS-wide sessions.
• ... one of the other million things Claire ends up swamped with.
