Upgrade procedure for servers.

Procedure

  1. Install update-manager-core: 

    sudo apt-get install update-manager-core

  2. Launch the upgrade tool: 

    sudo do-release-upgrade -d
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions
  4. Confirm that all packages upgrade sucessfully

  5. Test basic server functionality as described [:Testing/Cases/ServerInstall:here]
