Regular meetings on IRC

We definitely should plan a regular IRC meeting schedule. One possibility could be a weekly meeting schedule, changing days every week so nobody is hindered from attending because of other tasks or hobbies.

Modifying Contact list

As SwissTeam is growing steadily and more volunteers add themselfs to the contact list, it becomes quite unhandy. Various propositions for modification are:

• Splitting it into regional lists, by postal code. -- ["ErwinHerrsche"]

• Splitting it into cantons. --["StephaneGraber"]

• Using the same map software as the BelgianTeam did (see below). --["MyriamSchweingruber"]

Support Point Map

I already got in touch with MarkVanDenBorre during FOSDEM in Brussels and he sent me the links to the code. Check the specification set up by the BelgianTeam here: ["BelgianTeam/SupportPointsSpec"]. They also already set up a support point volunteers manual here: ["BelgianTeam/SupportPoints"].

Material coordination

As an official LoCo Team, we can order CDs and other merchandise at Canonical. This task should be coordinated and we also should have a list of "Who has What" that is updated regularily. Some SwissTeam members already have material at their place but nobody knows what and where or how to get it.
