• See what dependencies we have for activities - like abiword, evince - so we can see what activities we can package
• Set up Sugar project in launchpad with bug tracker linked to Trac etc
• Set default bug owner of existing packages to sugarteam
• Create (x)ubuntu LiveCD with Sugar as the default session
