Get your meeting summarized

  1. Post your Team's agenda to MeetingLogs under your Team or LoCo name using this [:ScribesTeam/MeetingTemplate: template]. (eg MeetingLogs/<YourTeam>/<yyyymmdd>) Alternatively, if your team or loco has a seperate site, create a similar structure there and use the same template.

  2. Send an email to theMailTo(ubuntu-scribes AT cjo20 DOT net, Scribes Team Mailing List) At least 48 hours before the meeting is scheduled. Your email should include:

    • Team name
    • Time (UTC preferred)
    • Date
    • Location (channel)
    • Contact details with your irc nickname
    • Person responsible to finish summary with email or irc nick name
    • A link to the agenda
    If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, please try to contact Seeker` on irc.freenode.net
  3. Hold your meeting as normal, using the bot tags (as described [:ScribesTeam/MootBot: here])

  4. Send an email to MailTo(ubuntu-scribes AT cjo20 DOT net, Scribes Team Mailing List) confirming that the meeting took place.

  5. The summary and log of the meeting will be posted to the page noted for the agenda - you should be emailed when it is posted.
  6. The individual responisble for final summary should complete the summary.
