This page describes how to summarize a meeting.
- When an email is sent to the list informing you that there is a meeting ready to summarize, reply to the list stating that you will be responsible for summarizing it.
(note for discussion: Should it not be part of the roll of our Team to aid the community. Perhaps this should state "...replay to the list with whom is responsible for making the summary. The person maybe a team member or a Scribe, whom you have asked to help.") -- [:Ausimage]
- Obtain the two log files generated by mootbot
- Copy the raw IRC log into the log section at the bottom of the file.
Ensure that the CategoryXyzTeam is at the bottom of the agenda.
- Fill in the list of participants (should be provided in the log soon)
- For each point on the agenda, pull together any [ACTION], [AGREED] and [LINK] tags into a text summary.
