About Me
I'm a 32 year old IT professional with over 15 years of experience under my belt. Currently working as a freelance consultant who's knowledge and experience has given to names such as Cadbury Egypt, El Hayat Medical Center, Weatherford Petroleum, Stream Global Services, and whose goal is to spread the idea of Open Source to everyone I encounter. I have been using Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat, OpenSuse) for about 6 years now.

Promoting Ubuntu
Distributed self printed and official ubuntu cd's (which have been shipped to me whenever possible) to over 110 people so far. I have been successful in implementing Ubuntu as a server for three corporate soho self made businesses, as well as over 35 individuals as a Desktop replacements, 6 of which are my neighbors.
First Class Nursery, Heliopolis - The First known business in Heliopolis - Cairo, Egypt to be fully running ubuntu desktops and solutions.
Lately, I had started a blog for Ubuntu http://sambuntu.blogspot.com, there has not been much activity on it, due to the hundreds of blogs out there more advanced and professional in providing support, which is why I haven't abandoned it, but decided to post only important or self discovered problems and issues or solutions.
