I'm Jonathan Patrick ([http://launchpad.net/~jpatrick jpatrick]) Davies. I'm just some 16 year old British guy from London that's currently living in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Girona Girona]. Been a Linux user for more than two years - since Hoary times, after a few weeks using it I got bored and joined the developer channel to help out with the project.

I can program in C++ (Qt/KDE programming) and other languages I code in are Perl, Python, and Ruby. For websites: PHP, HTML, CSS and for documentation: XML (DocBook) and LaTeX.

MOTU

I am a [http://www.kubuntu.org Kubuntu] developer and a ["MOTU"] (focused on [:MOTU/Teams/Kubuntu:KDE] matters). Logically, I mostly help out with making [http://www.kde.org KDE] packages and Kubuntu rock! I am also a member of the [https://alioth.debian.org/project/memberlist.php?group_id=30221 Debian Qt/KDE Team], where I work on getting Kubuntu stuff back into [http://www.debian.org Debian], this also means new packages etc. All the stuff can be found at my [http://qa.debian.org/[email protected] Debian QA page].

I help out with the [https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-backporters backporters team] where I cherry-pick some of the lastest versions of my favourite apps for others.

Forums/IRC

I'm a global moderator at the [http://www.kubuntuforums.net Kubuntu Forums] and an IRC operator on several channels (member of the [https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-irc ubuntu-irc] team). I also am the maintainer for the #kubuntu-es IRC channel on Freenode.

LoCo work

Spanish LoCo

I'm currently a co-admin of the [http://www.kubuntu-es.org kubuntu-es.org] website - the Spanish portal for Kubuntu. I also administrate the [https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-es kubuntu-es] mailing list. I maintain close contact with the ubuntu-es.org crew. I'm the [http://www.kubuntu.org/contact.php Spanish-speaking press contact] for Kubuntu too.

Botijo

I maintain the Ubuntu-es LoCo bot "[http://doc.ubuntu-es.org botijo]".

Catalan LoCo

I am a member of the [https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu.cat Catalan LoCo team]. In this team, I mostly give help and help operate the IRC channel #ubuntu-cat on Freenode.
