Ideally, developers should be following the "release early, release often" process. However, this is the last point at which you need to have something uploaded into the archive for any feature work requiring new packages. This is 2 weeks before FeatureFreeze.
If you don't have anything in by now, don't count on getting a Feature Freeze Exception for it later. |
