About me

My real name is Rodrigo Rodríguez (yes, sounds redundant but it's not). I'm from Carazo, Nicaragua, but raised in the capital city, Managua.

I'm member of the Nicaraguan Ubuntu LoCo Team since 2008, but I use Ubuntu since Feisty Fawn (2007).

Outside the community

I studied Sociology and Social communication at the Central American University.

I'm currently working at Confidencial...

I'm also co-founder of the Cultural Digital Magazine Calachero.

  • Former board member of the Nicaraguan FOSS Network

  • Founding member of the Ubuntu Central American Team
  • Close collaboration with the local Debian community
