The New Jersey LoCo Teamhas been established in order to advocate and educate Linux users from the entire state of New Jersey about Ubuntu Linux and the Ubuntu way. The six core members and dozen auxillary members of our New Jersey LoCo Team organize one public event every second month. In 2008, we plan to double our efforts. We'll distribute 2,400 CDs, host two install fests, and teach people at two new user nights. We recently found a North New Jersey event co-ordinator, and we anticipate holding several events in that previously under-represented region.
