This is the wiki page for the Ubuntu MA Team that is currently being formed. The team will coordinate to spread ubuntu in the Boston area. The team will be a chapter of the ["NUUbuntuTeam"]. We share their goals, but are here to focus more locally. The main advantage is we can have team meetings in person.

The Ubuntu Massachusetts Local Community Team is a group of volunteers and activists organized around the Ubuntu operating system. We advocate digital [[DigitalRights|rights]] and [[DigitalFreedom|freedom]] and promote Ubuntu as a step towards achieving this.

We also support and connect users throughout the state of Massachusetts. Our [[LoCoTeams|LoCo Team]] is one of the [[USTeams]].
