Availability: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/s/scim-chewing, available for all supported architectures
Rationale:
- Even though there are input methods for Traditional Chinese such as gcin and xcin, it's better to have scim-chewing for scim which will be a default input method for CJK users.

- No security histroy.
Quality assurance:
- scim-chewing is well maintained as a sub project of scim-im.org and chewing.csie.net.
- chewing is also ported to many other OS, like MacOSX, MS-Windows, and to IIIMF and JMCCE.
- No critial bugs found in ubuntu and debian.
- Other distros like SuSE Mandriva have shipit as default chinese IMengine for scim.
