Requirements

  1. Availability: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/s/scim-chewing, available for all supported architectures

  2. Rationale:

    • Even though there are input methods for Traditional Chinese such as gcin and xcin, it's better to have scim-chewing for scim which will be a default input method for CJK users.
