 * sound is choppy, slow and distorted
   * solve by turning off "PCI Bus Power Management" in the BIOS (thanks to Mike in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=7386)
    * F1 on boot to enter BIOS Setup Utility
      Config -> Advanced Setup -> PCI Bus Power Management: 
      change to "Disabled".
    * F10 for Save and Exit, sound now works normally!
   * sometimes fixed by having certain PCMCIA network cards

## I don't have a dock for it, so I can't test out port replication options. I also can't test the screen-dimming on AC removal because my battery is dead. If I remove AC, it dies.
