Current Issues
Kubuntu Gutsy KMilo: There is a regression in KMilo that causes your hotkeys for volume up/down/mute not to work. see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdeutils/+bug/118723 for a fix.

Notes
Resolution
FEISTY ONLY::To achieve 1280x800 you can either install the xserver-xorg-video-intel or 915resolution packages. I would suggest xserver-xorg-video-intel since that driver will allow you to use the external monitor and composite out. GUTSY:: Correct driver is installed. Resolution defaults to 1024x768, however, 1280x800 is available in the list and works. No need to install anything. HARDY:: No issues
Wireless NIC FEISTY::You must install the bcm43xx-fwcutter package or you can download the windows driver from the Acer support site and use the ndiswrapper.
GUTSY::Restricted driver manager will notify you that bcm43xx-fwcutter is available when you reboot after installing. No real other choice except for ndiswrapper with a windows driver. Both options are closed source, so pick the lesser of two evils.
HARDY:: New kernel uses new firware extractor. bcm43xx-fwcutter has been replace with b43-fwcutter.
Webcam FEISTY::Nothing works. linuxuvc lists support for the bison camera, but even compiling newest build doesn't work.
GUTSY::Hit or miss. I've installed GUTSY 5 times on this laptop and it has worked for the last 3 of those installs.
HARDY:: Not a single issue. Works in every application I've tried it in.
