KDECMakeBuildDependTransition
In Kubuntu 10.10 kdelibs5-dev no longer depends on cmake. Therefore all packages using cmake that build-depend on kdelibs5-dev but not cmake need to have a cmake build dependency explicitly added. Beware that there is the possibility of packages legitimately not depending on cmake. (For example they use qmake, like rosegarden does.)
