I'm living and working in Osaka, Japan and interested in localization of Ubuntu for the Japanese language.

    • We distribute as follows:

    • Ubuntu Japanese live CD ISO image.
    • Ubuntu Japanese coLinux image.
    • Ubuntu Japanese live CD ISO image specialized for Nomachine NX.
    • Ubuntu Japanese USB boot image specialized for Nomachine NX.
    • Ubuntu Japanese deb packages.
  • Write Ubuntu related article for Japanese magazines.
    • Ubuntu Linux thin client system with FreeNX. UNIX USER 2005-11
    • Introduce Ubuntu Linux. Nikkei Linux 2005-12
  • Conferences
    • Oct 29 2005 - Kansai Opensource 2005 at Osaka, Japan - handed out 100 CD-Rs(our install image).

My vision for Ubuntu

I want to work for making Ubuntu major OS in Japan. For that purpose, I'll continue Japanese Team activity, commit for Ubuntu to better support for multibyte language(["BetterCJKSupportSpecification"]), and write articles.
