== Me ==

I'm Jacob Peddicord, a web developer and Ubuntu user. To the surprise of many, I am 15 years old.

I'm a student/programmer. I know PHP/MySQL, Python, C++, HTML/CSS, and Javascript/AJAX technologies, to name a few.
I especially love Python, though I'm having trouble finding out where I can actually use it.

I started venturing into Linux back in early 2005. I had downloaded Ubuntu 5.04 because I had always heard many great things about it. However, it refused to install from a DVD drive, and as a result, I tried SuSE. Fast forward to May 2006: Dapper was becoming more and more popular, and I installed it and never went back to any other distribution. I haven't booted Windows in nearly a year (on my PC) and I have given out around 20 copies of Ubuntu since, and have personally installed around 10 on others' machines.
