 * Regular [[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IrishTeam/IRCMeetings/2010-02-17|Monthly IRC Meeting]] was held at 8pm Irish time on Wednesday 17th February 2010.

 * A member of a Loco [[User:tdr]] organised a series of events for [[http://www.engineersweek.ie/ | Engineers Week]] in the local [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hackerspace| hackerspace]] [[http://www.tog.ie|TOG]] , featuring many Open source [[http://www.tog.ie/page/2010/01/introduction-to-the-arduino-platform/ | Hardware]] and [[ http://www.tog.ie/2010/01/using-open-source-tools-to-create-a-circuit-board/|software]] talks and workshops.  * We had a great [[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hour| Ubuntu Hour]] on the [[http://www.ubuntu-ie.org/node/88 | 24th of February]] at 6pm  at the [[http://www.trinitycapitalhotel.com/ | Trinity Capital Hotel bar]]. 

 * We had a first big non-Dublin event of the year on the 28th of February in Limerick. With the help of [[http://www.skynet.ie/| Skynet]] we had a great day of [[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IrishTeam/Events/February-2010-Talks | talks]] and a great night too.
