=== Global Jam === === OSS Barcamp === === Release Parties / Geeknic === ==== June Geeknic ==== Our first Geeknic of the year will be taking place on June 11th on the grounds of the University of Limerick. This Geeknic (a picnic) is open for anyone to come to and have a chat over a few sandwiches with members of the Ubuntu Ireland Team and other geeks. Weather permitting the geeknic will take place on the beautiful lawn at the back of the CSIS building in UL. Also happening that day in the CSIS building in UL is the 3Dcamp barcamp. We sincerely hope people attending this series of talks will come along to the geeknic during their lunch break. Our geeky picnic will kick off from 12:30 and get into full swing around 13:00 (3DCamp lunchtime!!). If the weather is unkind we will move indoors to the Stables for shelter. Should there be any changes to this plan, they will be announced on Facebook, Twitter and identi.ca. Hopefully some of us will also be in the #ubuntu-ie channel on the freenode IRC network, just in case you need us.
