About
I think I would describe myself as someone who is dedicated to continuous improvement in all areas of involvement. I'm a passionate designer (by degree), linuxer, thinker and tinkerer.
Studying the field helped me gain better understanding of every aspect graphic design encompasses. I have developed good perception when it comes to identifying and understanding the needs of a business.
I dispose with refined aesthetic of simplicity and clarity, deep understanding of design theory, typography, and colour. I am able to clearly articulate design decisions and what problems I am solving with my designs. I pay great attention to detail and like to keep polishing until everything is in place, pixel-perfect.
I use and advocate Open Source, because (in design) it doesn't matter what you use if you know how to use it.
Prior to pursuing a career in graphic design I worked for some of the largest corporations helping to save the day by managing crucial aspects of day to day life for businesses, coordinating and advising clients.
I believe in openness and transparency being the keys to success.
My zodiac is very accurate about me.
Liberation
I learned about Linux in 2010 on a friend of mine's recommendation to end my struggle with the proprietary garbage called Windows. The transition to Linux carried a few hiccups with it due to lack of support from vendors. Nowadays I can say I'm a content Linux user. I have learned a lot, I was helped a lot and now I'm giving back to the community through my volunteer work.
