Briefly
I'm using Linux from 1996, having started with SuSE 5.3, trying to fight against the monopoly.
My main work is develop software with objects technology, currently using Squeak (http://www.squeak.org) an open source Smalltalk.
I started using Ubuntu about 2 or 3 years ago, and lastly tried Xubuntu (http://germanarduino.blogspot.com/2007/02/nueva-vida-al-hardware-viejo.html) and got really fascinated, planning now install Xubuntu in ALL my machines.
