We had a great second meeting. Here are the results.

Matthew accepted taking on the task of revising and rewording the Forum Guidelines.
The Forum Guidelines are know known as the Forum Code of Conduct.
The ForumAmbassadors project to be officially recognized by the ForumCouncil. The ForumAmbassadors will choose a new name, and be given a sub forum to support their work with developers.
The Backyard will be kept as an off topic forum. The rules will change slightly and the wording revised to reflect the forum as being a moderated forum.
