   1 The purpose of this page is to help keep the MOTD in the IRC fairly short and to have one quick place to point to when someone asks what events are upcoming, also if you have an event that you would like to let others know about feel free to add your 
   2 own. This will be moderated from time to time. If the event happens annually or semi annually feel free to create a separate Florida Team Wiki page that goes into more detail on
   3 the level of involvement you would like to see, what you liked about the event when you've attended in the past, etcetera.

   6 One Idea that we have collectively come up with is Getting some more case badges. Please visit the [[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FloridaTeam/CaseBadgeOrder|Case Badge Order Wikipage]] and if you feel like at pledge your support for a Team Buy Order. If you place your name in the list your basically agreeing to "Chip-in" no more than $20 toward the Team Order, As it stands right now. We are basically needing at least a total of 10 people to commit, We understand that some people are being hit hard by the financial climate that is surrounding us all. This is by no means mandatory. No pressure :-).
