Introduction
- This page is intended to be the Ubuntu GNU/Linux Local Community LOCO Egyptian team page. This page is for the help to distribute and increasing the knowledge of GNU/Linux and the opensource software and how its turning to be a key player in the IT market for personal and professional use. This LOCO team is a place where every body is a very important player in the development of the GNU/Linux in Egypt and to expand the use of and assist the migration to opensource power. Our purpose as a team from now on is to market the abilities of ubuntu as a powerful operating system and helping people migrating from other operating systems. Conducting frequent trainings on how to use linux and stressing on the easiness of use of it along with making installation festivals on a 6 month cycle planned to be just after the official release of Ubuntu GNU/Linux.

How to Contribute
- First of all start by joining our mailing list and attend the meetings which will be conducted over irc and will be announced frequently over this page. second step is to try to fulfill what will be agreed upon during the meetings from strategy and events to maximize the benefit of the community.
