  • If open, what about quality? If Elite, what about Transparency?
• PR: Marketing + Social Media + Spokespersons?
  • Should we include Spokespersons inside PR?, Should we kick SP outside PR? is it irrelevant to it?
  • Won't merging Marketing with Social media will affect the purpose of the two.
• Job of Spokespersons: Job of SP can conflict with Council job:
  • Will SPs take care of council job when there's no one in there?
