• Create sub-team 'SupportSquad': Technical supporters in/outside team.

  Create sub-team 'GrafiXMasters': Creative designers of team's multimedia content.

  Create sub-team 'GateKeepers': Maintainers of Team's on-line resources.

  Create sub-team 'PlayMakers': On-Ground Action organizers and regulators.

  Create sub-team 'CheerLeaders': Community Geniuses, working on strengthening bonds among community members and invite newcomers to share the fun. CheerLeaders team is responsible for saving the Fun and warm-welcoming community spirit in/outside the team.

Why

• This structure will help members get better connection with lp.

  Will help it's members to practice locally, in preparation for participating globally.

  Will help collecting same-interested persons in one place, thus better performance and output.

  Will help showing up talented members in one field, rather than straying in the wide team.

• Create separate page for each team, with members' photos in body-top.

  Make each team free to choose it's means and to adjust it's performance locally.

  FGs owned by Council.

  One Elected Administrator for each FG.

  One person can administer only one FG at a time.
