My involvement in Ubuntu

I'm an ubuntu user since March 19 2008 with Gutsy Gibbon. I joined the GULTGU in January 2009.Two weeks later I met Fabian Rodriguez and Elvira Martinez a colombian woman who lives in Honduras, and began to revive Ubuntu Honduras Local Team.Right now I am working as coordinator of the Ubuntu Honduras Local Team with the help of Elvira Martinez. I have joined the Ubuntu Beginners Team Groups. I am not a member, I am still waiting they assigned me my Master.

With Elvira Martinez and Luis Araya we were coordinators of the Linux Tour Honduras San Pedro Sula with the help of Norman Garcia and Neville Cross

  • Organize the first Ubuntu-Tour in Honduras

  • Help Ubuntu Honduras Local Team to become an approved team

  • Spread Ubuntu Linux throughout Honduras Big Grin :)

  • Assist to the Encuentro Centroamericano de Software Libre

  • Work mutually with GULTGU and Comunidad GNU/Linux de El Progeso, this way we can create in proper way GNU/Linux Honduras

  • Work with the Ubuntu Spanish Translator Team.
  • Become an member of the Ubuntu Beginners Team Groups.
