Currently, I'm doing a masters' in bio-informatics in Paris. I'm specialized in protein-protein interfaces properties.

What I have done

  • I've created http://www.ubuntu-fr.org with YannHamon, this site is now a reference for all french speaking people, it was really a pain to unify all initiatives but we've succeeded thanks to all other project's leaders who now were included in site development.

  • I'm co-founder of the FrenchTeam with YannHamon.

  • Spread Ubuntu at the "Fête de l'Humanité 2005" (literally "humanity party", really Ubuntu oriented isn't it? ;)).
  • I've setup servers for FrenchTeam and GermanTeam and place them in redbus datacenter (Paris, France).

  • I've organized Hoary and Breezy Parties in Paris (about 10 people).
  • I try to communicate how Ubuntu is simple in comparison with windows on my personal blog (http://www.biologeek.com/journal/index.php/Ubuntu).

  • I'm also operator on the #ubuntu-fr@freenode channel (about 100 people).

What I want now

Short-terms goals

Long-terms ones

  • Represent Ubuntu at as many conferences as I can.
  • Permit a better communication between all LocoTeams.
