My first thoughts on the purpose of the team is to help inform people and possibly help people troubleshoot in Connecticut (and maybe just over the borders) about Linux in general and Ubuntu specifically. Introduction

Working with this team should be fun, and enjoyable. Heaven knows nobody really wants to take on a drab, dull and boring job and what's the real use in that?
