I use Ubuntu Feisty and program in Python. I am well aware of how much information you can find out about me using only what I have posted on this page. Don't even try.
Bug #1: Microsoft has a majority market share. |
Bug #2: People don't try to make hardware Linux compatible the way they try to make it Windows compatible. |
Bug #3: I do not have enough spare time!!! |
Bug #4&5: School!!! Homework!!! |
Bug #6: Google hasn't contributed to Linux. Edit: resolved |
Bug #7: There is no compiler to compile Python scripts into machine code. |
Bug #8: Python isn't fast enough to program an X Windows System. |
Bug #9: The X Windows System is implemented in software. |
Bug #10: Microsoft Windows does not use the X Windows System. |
Bug #11: NetworkManager stops working when I suspend my computer and then resume. It doesn't even start working if I kill it and restart it, nor if I unload the appropriate network card driver and then reload it. The solution that I found was to install Wicd, which is like NetworkManager, but is written in Python and has more features, such as profiles for each network which include static IP addresses and static DNS, being able to see the channels for each network, et cetera. |
