Booking #ubuntu-meeting For Your Team Meeting

If you need to book #ubuntu-meeting, first check that the time and date you want does not already have a session booked. See http://fridge.ubuntu.com/event for a complete list of events.

If the slot that you want is free, add your meeting to the Fridge calendar. You can do this by sending an email to ubuntu-news-team AT lists DOT ubuntu DOT com asking for an event to be added. Include the following information in your email:

  • Your team name
  • Single linesummary of the event
  • Date of the event
  • Time in the UTC timezone

Your event should added shortly.
