== Rationale == The current situation of the ubuntu-be faces 2 main problems:

• Mark Vande Borre has to handle too many things, and does not have time to handle his core activities. Therefore we need to split up Mark tasks so that they can be assigned to different people.
• In the current situation it's unclear who's doing what, like who is responsible for the hardware, who is moderating the mailing list?

Therefore it is useful to map the current situation, and discuss a better proposal.
