Checklist

For every fair, we need:

• 9.5€ (non-profit rate) or 19€ (for-profit rate)/meter of booth space

• >= 2 volunteers

• promo material:
  • lots of Ubuntu CD's
  • a demo laptop/pc with ubuntu (perhaps with edgy to show cool things)
  • ...
• at least one volunteer with a car to transport equipment

Comments

• PeterDedecker: ik woon in Gent en kan dus zeker helpen op die beurs. Andere beurzen (in Vlaanderen) zijn mogelijk mits vervoer vanuit Gent.

• JanClaeys: ik ga voor de rest nog eens kijken welke andere dagen ik kan, op plaatsen die redelijk bereikbaar zijn van hieruit...

• MarkVanDenBorre: I serve as a placeholder. I would like to scale back my involvement to 5 fairs in total if there is enough interest from other volunteers.
