"Padawan" is used to identify people interested in joining the Beginner Team. It is generally agreed that seeking membership is a dynamic process, without strict guidelines. Each candidate is considered on his or her merits, and some members will naturally progress through the membership process faster or slower then others<<BR>><<BR>>Masters in the [[BeginnersTeam/FocusGroups/Padawan|Padawan Group]] are charged with assisting prospective members so that this process occurs as smoothly as possible.
