Create and Discuss Team rules, regulations and standards. Voting members of the Jedi Council consist of five Beginners Team members hand chosen by bodhi.zazen, and approved by the rest of the team. Jedi masters and knights may participate in the discussions. Every attempt will be made to govern by consensus, but in the event of urgent issues or when action must be taken without a consensus opinion, [[/BodhiZazen]] will cast the decisive vote.
