Ubuntu Send an Email to the ML introducing yourself and which Focus Group you wish to work with.

Ubuntu provide at least one recommendation from someone outside BT who can attest to the quality of your contribution. Something like:

"I've worked with foo for the past x weeks on the bar team. He has been doing some terrific work on _". I can support the quality of his work, and believe foo is here to stay.
