If you are interested in joining the Support Focus Group you need to be a Member or a Prospective Member of the Ubuntu Beginners Team. About Us

Objectives

  • Provide real-time support for Ubuntu users.
  • Help new users in a way that leaves them with a good feeling about the community.
  • Make sure users questions do not go unanswered.
  • Promote the community resources where users are most likely to find help.
