Using Launchpad
In order to fill out bug reports or edit the wiki, you must be registered with Launchpad.
You should also consider becoming an Ubuntero by signing the Ubuntu Code of Conduct and registering an OpenPGP Key. All this can be done from your Launchpad homepage.
Bug Triage
You must be on the Ubuntu Bug Control Team to change the Importance of bugs, but anybody can still set (some) status on bugs.
Here are a number of links that you might want to bookmark to help with bug triage:
If you have questions, feel free to ask other members of the LP Focus Group, or in the #ubuntu-bugs IRC channel.
